My mission is to help you every step of the way when selling your house.  Which includes things like recommendations on preparing your home for top dollar.  Along these lines I offer a professional home inspection, by a licensed inspector, before listing so you can address items ahead of time.  I will also help with getting your home ready to show, which includes helping declutter and free hauling away of any items you no longer need/want.
